Structural characteristics
High-strength steel manufacturing: high-strength low-alloy steel, such as Q345, is usually used to ensure that the bucket has sufficient strength and wear resistance, and can withstand large impact forces and material wear.
Curved design: The front of the bucket is generally curved, which helps to smoothly insert the material pile, reduce the insertion resistance, and also better gather the material to prevent the material from being scattered during the shoveling process.
Reinforcement layout: In order to improve the overall stiffness and deformation resistance of the bucket, reinforcement bars are usually welded in the bottom plate, side plate and other parts of the bucket, which can effectively disperse the stress of the bucket during work.
Working principle
The slip loader drives the lifting and reversing action of the bucket through the hydraulic system. When it is necessary to shovel the material, the bucket is lowered to the ground, and then the loader is driven forward to insert the bucket into the material pile, and then the bucket is turned over by the hydraulic system to load the material into the bucket; When unloading is necessary, the loader is driven to the unloading position, and then the bucket is reversed through the hydraulic system to discharge the material.
Type and use
General bucket: suitable for general earthwork, sand and gravel loading and unloading operations, its structure is relatively simple, moderate bucket capacity, can meet the needs of most daily loading and unloading and handling work.
Rock bucket: the bucket teeth and bucket structure are specially strengthened, the bucket teeth are made of high-strength wear-resistant materials, sharp shape, easy to insert into the hard rock gap, suitable for mining, quarry and other hard rock shovel, crushing and other operations.
Grid bucket: with a grid structure, it is mainly used for screening materials, and materials of different particle sizes can be separated during loading and unloading. It is often used in construction waste treatment, ore screening and other operation scenarios.
Snow shovel: The front end is inclined, similar to the shape of a snowboard, can effectively push the snow aside, suitable for snow removal operations in winter roads, squares and other places.
